Hi, H&M have massive sale on in store (from Glasgow but sure they will have every whr). I picked up t shirts at £1 & a gorgeous work dress for £3. Stuff is going quick tho.

I am still waiting for my order from the 10th dec they are so slow compared to other companies when you order online. They packed it on the17th supposedly and passed it to courier. took to 20th to see they have it at hub. I dunno when i will get it.

Ooh, just got some advent calendars for my girls and 2 squirrel tea towels (naturally) so it would let me use codes (had to be £6 after discount and before postage added so £9.90 total!)

I waited three and a half weeks fora jacket from them and got a rather rude customer services woman on the phone when I rang to chase it up who just quoted their terms and conditions at me and wasn't really bothered that they had gone over their own delivery time so never again will I spend my money with them - will spend it with a company who give a monkies about their customers

I ordered a H&M maternity coat in mid-November. Still waiting... I'm half expecting the baby before the coat now. I love H&M stuff though, so take the rough with the smooth.
