You know what i was looking at some nail polish in 99p store i am about 70% certain it was this brand. Will check tomorrow if i remember to pop in there. Its not a brand i had heard of so not 100% sure. It definitely had china on the label and they had black and white.

Yes I saw this as well in the 99p store. It was China Glaze 'White on White with Hardeners' It was actually boxes of 3 that I saw!
