Contract with supplier / contractor

Just after a bit of advice on where I stand,
I have asked a contractor to fit a new door in my house and paid a £250 deposit as the door is made to measure (arched frame)
They are buying the door from a company who in the middle of making this door have gone into receivership.
They have advised the door is made but cannot be collected due to its financial restrictions. The contractor has told me they will go to another supplier, where do I stand if they have already paid some money to the suppliers as my contract is with the contractor?
