Hi all,

I have just had a front and rear single storey extension project completed. The end result is superb, and we are awaiting our certificate of completion.

My question is: What certificates should we receive, warranties on heaters, electrical, plumbing etc?

Being unsure, independant thoughts/experiences from you lovely MSE people would be most appreciated.
