Lowell portforlio county court claim form

Hi all,
I have received a county court claim form by lowell portfolio (Bryan Carter). However about 18 months ago i sent the "prove it" letter to this lowell/Bryan Carter debt collectors, and received a letter back saying the debt is legally unenforceable because of no CCA , so i am not sure what the best course of action is...???
any advice please will be most welcome, thank you

Defend the claim then. There are a few other forums that can help with doing that.Still rolling rolling rolling......

If they already told you via a letter than that the claim is legally unenforceable, then why are they now trying to take you to court?0
