AA internet savings account
It sounds good. 1.6% AER and 1.10% bonus if untouched for a year for balances over £1000.
If anybody have any experience of feedback of this service it would be greatly appriciated. I'm thinking of opening up an account some point this week.

The rate is 1.6% including the bonus, not 1.6% plus 1.1%.0

I think you miss-read the information.
Earn 1.60% gross/AER variable including a fixed bonus of 1.10% for 12 months on balances of £1,000+.0 -
It also doesn't need to be left untouched - it is an instant access account with unlimited deposits and withdrawals.0

As it is run by Halifax BOS you would do better with Birmingham Midshires at 1.7% which is run by the same group. You are though with the BM account limited to four withdrawals per year.Change is here to stay0

The AA account is easy to operate and has same day Faster Payments in and out.
While the online system is basic, it works.0
