SBT on Virgin (MBNA)

I want to transfer my OD into this 0% credit card, got the card limit today and it's double my OD...
so I was thinking, with SBT, is it just a matter on the bal xfer part of the form, just putting your current bank account details? Could I go one better than reducing the OD but actually max out the credit card and put the rest into an ISA. Obviously I have to make the minimum repayments... but is it ok to put all of it across, not just paying off a debt?
If that's true, you could use it as a loan at 3% (handling fee).

Thanks

Andy

    FYI

MBNA called just now and yes they can switch 95% of it into a current account, they have to allow a percentage for the handling fee which is 3% (same for SBT). So I'm going to stick that in an ISA, which over the year, actually means offset against the bal trans fee, almost pays it all off! And the actual savings from not paying OD fees should be about £180 in a year!
