Paying for CV advice

Yes, I have been a complete fool and a few months ago I paid to have my CV done. I was rung on my mobile and completely caught off guard, I was also allowed to believe that I was guranteed an interview, which I wasn't.
It was fish4 that contacted me and then passed me on to CV selector, what I want to know is, is there any way I would be able to get my £39 back? Or should I accept the fact I've been ripped off?
I hope that others can learn from my mistake!!!

Have they provided you with a CV and does it contain all the relevant info? If yes then you don't really stand a chance.0

Yes, I did recieve the CV, and whilst it looked good, it contained a lot of information they had made up, with little relevance to what I am like or what I can do, so I've had to change it to a CV I can actually use....
....getting my money back is highly unlikely0
