CC set to pay off in full - took £40 less?

Hiya guys,

The money has come out today so everything hasn't updated (i.e the amount of money I owe on my credit card is still say £1000 as the DD hasn't come off yet) but thought I'd ask anyway.

Basicly my statement said I owed £460 but they have only taken £420 (obvouisly the other £600 is what ive spent this month)

Do I need to chase them on this? Am I going to get charged interest? The money was in the account and its set to pay off in full?

Its a santander 123 one.
