Has anyone else noticed that npower customer login website is currently "down for maintenance" ?
It seems very odd to be down on a weekend when many people are looking to check account details and switch provider .....
Their website has had a "Please call back later" message since early yesterday evening...

The site is more often down than up in my experience.
They're probably far too preoccupied counting customers money than worrying about a web site.0 -

I honestly believe NPower is just a server in a basement somewhere without any staff, their website is often down for weeks sometimes, don't hold your breath it wont be back until next month, if you write to them you get no response, bills are scare, you'll be lucky if you get one in 12 months. This company would have to improve 100% just to be classed as pi$$ poor!!!!0 -
