Naming your lounge on the particulars...

We have a new build 3 storey townhouse. Ground floor is a WC, kitchen, lounge/diner. We put a conservatory on the back.
As we've always liked having people over for food, we have a large table to eat round, so moved the table into the conservatory and use the lounge/diner as a sitting room and the conservatory as a dining room. The pictures show this.
The floorplan and written details have the lounge/diner named as "sitting room" and conservatory as "conservatory".
We are the end of 4 houses of the same built style as ours - none have conservatories. All the other houses have tables for 4 and sofas and armchairs in their lounge/diner.
So, the dilemma:
One of us is insistent that we leave the room names as they are as this is what the pictures and floorplan show. (the floorplan is old and we aren't sure if we can change it now as it's been so long since it was drawn)
One of us thinks the room names like this would put off people coming for viewings as there was nowhere clear to eat from the details and you have to look in the pictures to see the table - it isn't spelt out to you.

I would be more concerned at the price.
Is your property £5000 over the stamp duty ? that is more important than names of rooms.
Look at right move and check out properties within 1/2-1 mile at the same price level !
Does the dinning table FILL the conservatory ? Use a smaller table if needed.0
