Good Afternoon
I could do with some advise, we are in the process of purchasing a house, but hit a major snag, as I am not on the electorial role (big mistake) the mortgage provider has asked for three years of bank statements which shows my address over the last three years.
The snag with this is I have not kept the statements upto the last six months as I didn't think I would need them, but my bank can only give me a ledger version which the mortage provider has refused and the only viable documents that I can get is my P60's which I can only find April 2012-13.
I have asked my employer for copies of my April 2010-11 and April 2011 - 2012 but they don't provide re-prints but will provide a statement of earnings which is in letter format on a company letter with my address and other details you find on a P60. I have submitted this to our broker but he is concerned that they may reject this.
My main question is there are companies advertising P60 re-prints on official Inland revenue P60 forms, but abit worried in parting with any money unless its from a reputable company that will provide a proper reprint, can anyone offer any ideas of a trust worth company
I have made some mistakes not keeping documentation as well as not being on the electorial role and could end up costing me purchasing this house we really want, if I can solve this problem I would be over the moon.

You can normally ask the bank for statement for the last 6 years for whichever bank and accounts you had, even if closed. Normally they charge for the service.0

ask your mortgage provider if they will accept if you get your bank to certify the ledger statements in branch with a simple stamp and signature
they should be OK with thisI am a Mortgage Broker

Thanks, already tried it with a version of the Ledger statements which shows my address over the last 3 years at the same address but they wont accept a formal stamp or letter stating.
Plus Barclays cant provide a proper reprint of my proper bank statements either so only way around it was my P60's0 -
This is not right.
We did one earlier this year with the same scenario and Barclays supplied bank statements that look exactly like todays versions.
Our client was a member of Barclays staff but if they can do it for her, they can do it for you.I am a Mortgage Broker

arh right well I did go in branch and asked for them and the staff said they couldn't get them back to three years like I asked and only provided a ledger version which I paid for.
What can I do then to get them to produce them in the original format0
