3 small pensions - what to do?

Hi, I am 54 and hope to retire at 60. This sounds mad I know but I have just discovered 3 small Legal and General personal pensions which I didn't know I had. Good news!
But now I'm wondering if theres something I should do about them to maximise them for when I retire. I'm not entirely sure why they were set up like this but:
Pension1 selected retirement date 55, worth £11K
Pension2 selected retirement date 60, worth £10K
Pension 3 selected retirement date 65, worth £3K

Each statement gives me a projected benefit figure of a few hundred pounds a year pension and a Lump sum.
Only small amounts I know but evey penny counts of course.
Can anyone give me their advice on what is best thing to do with Pension1 next year? Should I take it ( pay basic rate tax) and put into an ISA or leave it where it is until I'm 60?
Or, would it be worthwhile transferring all 3 pensions into one pot perhaps ?

Consolidating (or not) is simply beneficial if the costs are improved.

The fact they're projecting only a small pension is not going to change (unless of course you can find a cheaper plan).
