Terms and conditions

• 1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of CashConverters, its agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
• 2. No bulk or third party entries permitted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of 'brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
• 3. The total number of prizes to be won is 100 mini squeeze pumpkins and one £100 prize draw. The Promoter is not responsible for any of the winners' costs, including but not limited to transport to and from any postal office to pick up prizes (if applicable).
• 4. Promotion is open from 10:00 GMT 15 October 2013 to 11:59 GMT 31 October 2013 ("the Relevant Period"). Entries received outside the Relevant Period will not be entered into the prize draw.
• 5. To enter the promotion you must be a fan of the CashConvertersUK Facebook page. All entries related to three matching !!!!!s will be entered into a competition draw. A winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified via email within 48 hours of the closing date. If we are unable to contact the winner via the email address provided within 7 days of the notifying email the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
• 6. Neither the promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
  • a. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
  • b. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
  • c. To the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize;
  • d. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• 7. In total there will be 1x cash prize to spend on the Cash Converters Webshop. Items bought on the Webshop can be up to the value of the relevant token which includes post and packaging. Any winner buying an item under the value of the token will not receive the cash difference.
• 8. The winners will be sent their prize directly. This could take up to 28days.
• 9. All participants must ensure that they provide a valid home address and / email address/ location and are contactable on the same address and / or phone number used for their entry, where required.
• 10. Once contact is made with the winner, the prize (or prize details) will be sent within 28 days to the provided address. Responsibility cannot be accepted for delays by the delivery services or for incorrect details being provided by the winner.
• 11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• 12. The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 13. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
• 14. Your details will only be used for the purpose of processing your entry. Cash Converters will not use your details for marketing purposes or pass them onto another company or person.
• 15. Users will have the opportunity to enter the competition daily. Upon matching three !!!!!s entrants can complete the details page to be entered into the £100 prize draw. If three pumpkins are matched entrants can complete the details page to claim their instant win pumpkin. Please note, simply matching three !!!!!s does not guarantee that entrant is a winner.
• 16. Only one entry is required to take part in the competition and each person may only enter the competition once per day. Please note any further entries will not be included in the competition.
• 17. The Competition is in no way associated with or endorsed by Facebook
• 18. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, vary or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time.
• 19. Prizes will be delivered to the winner's address by signed for. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, stolen or otherwise missing Prizes and is unable to provide replacements.
• 19. The Competition will close 11:59 GMT 31th October 2013. CashConverters UK however have the right to change the closing date at any given time without notice.
