To enter, simply go to waitrose.com/mywaitrose and fill in your details together with your myWaitrose card number, before clicking submit.
3) Entries must be received online by 23:59 on 31 October 2013.
4) Only one entry per myWaitrose cardholder.
5) There are thirty prizes, each prize being a ticket for the winner and their guest to attend a Christmas themed evening with Dhruv Baker, hosted at The Jam Tree Clapham, 13 Old Town, London, SW4 0JT on 4 December 2013 6.30pm - approx. 10pm . Evening meal will be provided.
6) Winners and their guests will be responsible for the arrangements and cost of transport to and from The Jam Tree Clapham, 13 Old Town, London, SW4 0JT
7) The prize must be taken on 4 December 2013 and there is no option to change dates. Individuals should not participate in the promotion if they are unable to redeem the prize on 4 December 2013.
8) The winners will be the thirty myWaitrose cardholder entrants drawn at random from all validly submitted entries. The winners will be selected within 7 days of the closing date and notified by telephone or by email within a further 7 days.
