Confussed on balance transfers

I have a Tsb credit card with £700 left on it, I am paying off the min balance each month but the interest it not helping me. Is it easy to transfer to a different credit card provider and what is the best deal for me.

A BT is easy but only if you get accepted for a new card.0 -
