Sky half price offer...why don't they give you the advertised £25 m and s voucher??!

I used the MSE website to access a 50% off code for Sky Tv..I just made my package online but when I went to checkout I noticed that the advertised Marks and Spencers £25 voucher was missing from my bundle. I checked the terms and conditions and could find no-where that said the voucher was not available with the 50% off code, infact, Sky's own terms and conditions read...

" New Sky TV Customer online Marks and Spencer voucher offer: £25 M&S vouchers for new customers joining Sky TV. Only available at sky.com. One voucher per household. Voucher sent, within 45 days of activating your service, to the email address provided when joining Sky. M&S terms apply. Offer ends 17 October 2013"


I started an online chat with an advisor but he couldn't explain why and refused to help. Any ideas what I can do or has anyone else noticed this?

I think its cheeky that they take the voucher off! :mad:

when i did it i got the £25 voucher.. but i got my 50% off codes 10 months ago now so im running out

I got sky installed last week and the offer was £100 Tesco voucher not £25 m&s, worth double checking

When i joined last month i got the £25 voucher via email about 4-5 days after installation. All i had to do was print it off i went.
