When ordering it said empire direct call me to arrange delivery, when do they do this?

Thanks to Op hope they do accept this. I just ordered a dishwasher above on 13/06 from additions direct they accepted the order minus some discount codes but charged me more than agreed (screenshots to prove the original price), had to cancel order even though its still being delivered on Wednesday this week
