Hi, at the moment I can't see the wood for the trees and can't even work out what's the best option for me

Weight Watchers are doing all different types of deals. Can anyone please tell me what is the best, cheapest option to do - I would like to physically weigh in, as doing weight watchers on line just doesn't work for me.

Thanks in advance all.

The best and cheapest option is to just eat differently. There is a Low Carb thread running here and IMHO that is the way to shed weight. You can get a free booklet from the Dr Atkins site that will give ideas. Count calories if you have to, get a decent weighing machine and use it as often as you want.
