Depends on our circumstances. It also depends on how much research your prepared to do.
There are deals available which will walk the floor with the high street. Sub 60% and "vanilla," DIY as you'll get the best deal direct.
Any "sticky-outy" bits in the case make-up and a broker is probably going to find you the best amount, best rate, lowest fees, least hassle etc.I am a mortgage broker.
