Buying Nexus 4 from Google Play UK

Hello, I am starting university very soon (24th Sept) and I want to get a new phone. The Nexus 4 from Google Play seems great value for money, and I'd like to buy it as soon as I get to the UK. My question is, how long do you reckon it will still be available to buy? On the US market I think it's already sold out. Also, how would I have to pay for it - can I do it in cash when the phone is delivered? And how much time would it take? I can't read all these information on Google's website as it restricts me because Google Play isn't available in my current country.

Thanks.

According to Google it "Ships in 1 - 2 business days" and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for UK.
And certainly you can't pay cash on delivery. You need a bank card to pay in advance.
  • Does the credit hard have to be from an UK bank? It will take a while until my bank account will be set (2-3 weeks) so I'm sure I'll miss it. If I could pay with an accepted credit card but from a different country (while I'm in the UK) it would be just fine. Do you think they will still have it in stock on the 24th? Thanks for the help.

Any Visa or Mastercard will do the job.
Many retailers ship only to the address where the card is registered, but AFAIK it's not the case for Google Checkout.
