A little while ago some of us were commenting on how ebay has taken over our homes (much to our OH's distress). I mentioned that the office/spare bedroom/dining room/utility room/garage was crammed with ebay treasures and packing materials but I think I've now reached despair level!!
My estate car is heaving at the sides too! I call it my mobile office!!
I suppose there's always the bathroom. :rotfl:

Good morning,
I know the feeling. At moment sitting in living room with bout 5 boxs of stock which need listed. Hubby moaning place is never tidy any more. Room upstairs with stock. clothes rails and hangers in the shed, We got items for the business and home personal items too.E-bay saving pot = £0.000 -
At the moment I've got a box of 1,000 small jiffy bags in the living room, 3 boxes of 100 medium sized jiffy bags stacked up in the hall and one of the bedroom cupboards has been taken over as my stock room. Saving up to trade up from a 1-bed flat to a small house where I can turn the spare room into my ebay headquarters

Keeping stuff is easy.
The hard part is when you find out you're pregnant and that you may never Ebay again, not for a while anyway and you need, no really, to clear out three room's worth of ...erm...treasure. I am Ebaying anything and everything for pennies, joined freecycle, making OH take stuff to work, so parents can take games etc to their kiddies and dreading the fact that lots will have to end up at the landfill if I don't get a move on.
All that space going to waste in my house soon , no you can't all use it!:wall:0 -

I haven't had a bath in 3 years.
The bath is filled and packed to the ceiling with a load of tat that I said I would sell for a relative that died.
edit - I do have a second bathroom with a shower.0 -

I have eBay stuff in my bathroom My reasoning is that if it's waiting to be cleaned prior to listing, then the bathroom is a logical place because that's where I'll clean the items.
The big cupboard in my hall is supposed to be my photographic darkroom, but I haven't used it for that purpose for ages because it's full to the ceiling with ebay stuff.I haven't had a bath in 3 years.

Family home is having a long-awaited de-clutter after fiftyish years.
Only way to deal with all the parents and grand-parents clutter was to turn over two empty bedrooms to eBay use full-time until it's all cleared.
So we have one bedroom used as a photographic studio, one bedroom as a packing department, (with the fitted cupboards and double wardrobes in both rooms full of books and similar stuff), one 10ft x 10ft outbuilding used to prepare and store stuff that is ready for listing and one similar sized outbuilding used to store small stuff we have only just sorted out, yet another with furniture and larger items and then current sales stored in my study.
As someone who can fit all personal possessions into the back of a standard Transit van with a second for the large furniture items my response to all this is Aaaaaaargh!
I have the greatest admiration for those of you who sell on eBay as a business - at least I can see an end to our chaos (whenever that will be!).0
