Car finance
Back in april 2011 I got in bother with a bit of money, and fell behind in my car payments (and a few others) and went into financial hardship got a debt management company in to help.
to cut a long story short I have come to the end of my agreement with the car finance but still owe some money through,
Collection activity fee charge,
Deferred fees,
Credit facility fee,
Late payment interest,
Total amount due £1336.25
I am just interested to no if theses fee's should of been applied as I was in financial hardship.
I no that all the debts that went through the management company had these fees suspended.
any info would be greatly appreciated.

Suspended means to me that they are payable at a later date.
Cancelled would have meant gone forever.0 -

Most of these fees are applicable to accounts which are in arrears, which probably meant the owner of the account was facing financial hardship.
