TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.

2. This prize draw is open to any UK resident, aged 18 or over, who is invited to participate by Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited.

3. Consumers are invited to vote for their favourite potential new range. Everyone who has voted for the range that has the most votes at closing will be entered into the prize draw. The closing date for voting is midnight 19.09.13.

4. Employees of Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited and any other company within the Shop Direct Group and anyone else involved in the administration of this prize draw are excluded from entering.

5. Responsibility will not be accepted by the Promoter for entries lost, damaged, delayed or rendered unrecognisable in the electronic transmission.

6. There is one winner chosen to receive a prize draw account credited with £500 to spend at Very.co.uk.

7. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of any part of the original prize being unavailable.

8. A draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries and the winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place. Reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner but if they cannot be contacted within 7 days then a new winner may be drawn at random from the remaining entries.

9. The winner will have 12 months to redeem their prize.

10. The winner will receive their prize within 4 weeks of their order.

11. Entrants, who have a Shop Direct Group home shopping account that is in arrears at the time of the draw, will not be eligible to win.

12. By entering the draw, you agree that if you are the winner, the promoter may disclose your details (name and town) to anyone requesting details of the prize winner. The winner may be required to take part in publicity relating to this promotion.

13. The winner's details (name and town) will be available after 20.09.13 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Very Consort Competition, Marketing Department, Skyways House, 2nd Floor, Speke Road, Liverpool, L70 1AB.
