4. There will be three prize winners. The winner of the First Prize will win: a trip to ISIS at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory accompanied by Tom Whyntie; lunch or dinner with Tom Whyntie and two copies of Introducing Particle Physics: A Graphic Guide, signed by Tom Whyntie. Reasonable travel to the laboratory will be covered up to £200. The prize winner takes responsibility for all other travel costs, accommodation costs and expenses incurred on the day. The First Prize will take place either between 1st November 2013 and 8th November 2013 or 20th December 2013 and 3rd February 2014, to be confirmed. Upon winning, the winner will enter into a discussion with Icon Books to confirm a date, and whether they would prefer to go for lunch or dinner. Failure to communicate with Icon Books promptly may result in your prize being offered to another competition entrant. The winner of the Second Prize will win a £100 gift voucher to spend at Blackwell's and a signed copy of Particle Physics: A Graphic Guide. The winner of the Third Prize will win a £20 gift voucher to spend at Blackwell's and a signed copy of Particle Physics: A Graphic Guide. Upon winning, the winners will be contacted by email to confirm the address the book vouchers and a copy of the book will be posted to. Failure to communicate with Icon Books promptly may result in your prize being offered to another competition entrant.
