Well I'm having a few issues with this!
Firstly, as has happened over the past week or two, even though I am logged into the site, nothing will come up on the form when I try to fill it in So they obviously haven't fixed the problems they had last week.
Secondly, there is a link to colgate oral health month on the site where you could find the answer, but the link doesn't work - just get a 404 not found
I would hazard an educated guess at the answer being A, but can't submit it due to the technical issues.
