Universal Jobmatch full of spam

Since the new revamp of the Job Centre Plus search website, it has now been a victim of what I would consider spam.
Flooded with jobs from sites like CV Library (Job Warehouse Only) or Monster.
Some of these sites maybe useful in their own right, but their uploads onto the government job centre site is distracting and inappropriate.
I am also fed up with jobs that are basically scams, self employed marketing adverts and pointless catalog delivery people.
Does anyone actually police the site or what?

Its not spam they are adverts for jobs on 3rd party sites.
Already told the JC about this in March and they didn't even know that less and less jobs were actually from companies on there
Monster run the UJM so there you go on that one!
Anyone can set up an account, you too and advertise any job you like on there! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The DWP & government can't get rid of these spam jobs as UJM would be empty.
By having no quality control they can have lots of unverified jobs dumped there by external job boards.
It's all part of the chirade.0 -

They want to promote the UJM but if you are using every sodding site known to man its possible you have already applied for them when you see them on the UJMWe’ve had to remove your signature. They aren't really spam just not direct jobs which is what the DWP seem to think the UJM is all about.

I'm sure DWP know what a joke it is, but can't admit it, as it's driven by politics.0 -
They are spam because they are dumped there, most were not targetted to be advertised with Jobcentre.

But by say 'most where not targeted to be advertised with the Jobcentre' are you saying people who look on the UJM wont be good enough for the advertiser? We’ve had to remove your signature. There must be some small print somewhere on CV Library etc that says if you advertise with us we may out your advert on UJM or the advertiser may be a bit !!!!ed

There's no problem if you had filters to filter them out.
But it's a cover for lack of jobs being advertised direct with Jobcentre as employers desert it.0 -
A lot of these agency jobs were not advertised with Jobcentre and I don't agencies think Jobcentre is best place to look for candidates.

No big company really advertises direct on the Job Centres site so you can really tell the standard of jobs by that alone. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
As already said, if you were to take these adverts off the site, there wouldn't be any jobs.
Government say there are more jobs this year? yeah right!0
