Enclosing paperwork with ebay sale

This is a really stupid question. When I send an item I have sold, I like to enclose paperwork with it, but I never know where to print it from. I always go around it the wrong way and have stuff on there which is private and end up cutting bits off. As a normal seller is there somewhere you can go on ebay and print off a nice delivery note?

Hi there, I did a template with item name, item number, thanks for £XX received, address to and address from, together with the date of sale as a recepit. Also, if the item got lost in the post it could get returned to one of the addresses hopefully! Once I printed out this template I get it copied on a photocopier as it saves the printer ink!! Maybe this helps0
