Can't Change Real People Magazine Details

Hello all.
I'm having a problem with changing my address details on the Real People Magazine website. As it stands, I only have my town, county and postcode listed. My number and road isn't. When I try to edit it , all seems fine, until I go back into the edit details part and my number and road still isn't there, despite me inputting it and pressing "save".
It's the same in FF and Chrome.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Thank you.

I had this problem when I moved with all the magazine dailies. In the end I reregistered with my new address.

I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology

I emailed one of the mags to change some details and they did it for me, it might be worth trying

I can't even register with Real People. I fill in all of the details, and when I submit it, I get this error message:
Unable to add to mailing list.
ERROR: List [REALPeople] not found – lists must be created online before they may be used via this interface
I've tried it in four different browsers, and on three different computers and get the same thing each time. I've given up and just enter my details manually. Has anyone else experienced this?0 -

I've been getting this whilst trying to register too.
Tried FF and Chrome to no avail. I've got in touch with them about it, but not sure if/when it will be fixed.

When I have won they have always sent an e-mail asking for my details so as long as your e-mail is correct you should be ok.0
