Impulse Refunds

hello

I called Impulse as soon as I heard about the product recall but am still waiting on a phone call to arrange collection of my 11 cans (miscounted it was actually 13) let lone my refund. Just reading this thread and it seems people have already received there refunds just wondered how long you had to wait for them.

    The girl who I spoke to said someone would ring me in 10-14 days to arrange a collection as I had so many:o

    Early last week received the phone call, and a courier will be picking my cans up tomorrow as arranged.

    My coupons were in the next days post all £60 worth:j

    As a precaution I would ring them again, maybe your number has got lost.

    princesskerry - same here, called them on 25/05 and neither receive refund nor phone call from courier. but then we may miss the call as we don't always at home and sometimes we were tescoing.

    i m 2 busy in daytime office hour to call them again, but will do it after my wave of workload die down a bit.

    ive had no phone call or refund and the last time i phoned up to ask about it they said 'we're busy, someone will get back to you sooner or later' and hung up!!

    I've not heard anything about my 16 cans. I called at least a fortnight ago and then last week again to see what had happened, they said someone would call "soon" as they had such an enormous response they were behind. I'm gonna ring again today as I've not had any coupons from them let alone a phone call.
    I've just called them and first you get a recorded message saying that you should receive them by 8th June, if not hold and they'll pout you through to someone. I told them I hadn't heard from them, and they said they're manager will call me later today, sharnt hold my breath though.

    Phoned 3 weeks ago re my 16 cans - usual story, 'somebody will phone you back within 7 days to agree a refund (higher management input needed due to no. of cans). I specifically asked if they wanted me to retain the cans for return to Unlilever and was told that was not required and I could dispose of them - but not to put them all in same bin at same time !

    Have been disposing in small numbers. Vouchers came last Thursday and the following day I had a perishing call from Unilever trying to arrange courier collection for this week ! Too late, too late the maiden cried - I've had my dosh and the cans are gone !

    They were probably overwhelmed by the response from those of us Tesco shopers who had loads of cans - but even so, they were very disorganised with their approach.

    i had the one can of this and had to throw it away and am still waiting for a voucher for a replacement - does anyone know an email address as the guy on the phone didnt understand a word i said and i gave up..........

    days later we both have had our vouchers the end of last week.
