Did you apply for a loan through them?

They appear to be a loan comparison site.0 -
From their FAQ section:
Do you take a fee?
We do ask for a small one off fee of up to £49.50 for our service, this is to cover our processing costs and the running costs of our loan sourcing software. We don't take money from the lenders we recommend to you, even from our associated companies, and so we won't limit our search. This is why we take a fee, so we can remain completely unbiased and find the best loan for you, not the lender.
Please be rest assured that unlike our competitors, you will never be charged any further fee or any recurring payments by us. We are proud to be the UK's cheapest loan sourcing site
What's more, we want you to be totally happy. So, if you do not get offered a loan within 14 days (which if accepted we are certain you will be) then write to us and we will give you a full refund. Please be aware that because we will have already carried out work on your behalf, we are allowed to legally retain a £5 statutory brokerage fee, from the money you have paid. This means that although you get a full refund, it will be minus £5."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. Yea I did, had a blonde moment, applied on other sites and applied for a a refund , but it says on the site:
In the event, however, that we do not find a loan provider for you within 14 days of your application, we will refund your processing fee less £5, in accordance with and as permitted by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. All refunds must be requested in writing to: BM LOANPORTER, LONDON, WC1N 3XX.
So I have to wait 14 days before applying for a refund , but I sent a email to them asking how to get a refund, but i tried loging in and I can't can anyone help0 -

Why did you send an email asking how to get a refund?
It says on the site how to request it. You need to do it in writing and send it to that postal address.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Do i have to do it after the 14 days ?
If that is what is stated in the T&C which you have agreed to, yes.
The only way you can do it sooner is if you believe you were misled or it was not made clear that you had to pay a fee, in which case you can complain and ask for a full refund."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
