Trackable delivery to unconfirmed p.o.box address.Is it possible?

Hi ,wonder if I can get some advise again from lovely forum members on this one.
Sold an item on ebay yesterday.Buyer had been asking for postage quote before bidding. Was made aware clearly, shipping will not be combined ,shipping discount on listing was offered,shown clearly as additional item p&p, which was applied on invoice.
Somehow on receiving invoice buyer acted very strange,firstly she accused me of robbing her off by not combining postage ,secondly she claimed she only wanted 2 items and the transaction was showing 8 items from two separate listings four each ,thirdly if I could post to her alternative UK address .My reply was calm and told her politely I do not combine postage and did make it clear on the listing and the checkout and in several previous emails,however I have applied postage discount offered,and items can only be dispatched to confirmed paypal address(this point was dealt with in 4 different emails,since she has been contacting to ask me to exempt her ,and quantity available etc)
I received a very reluctant payment from a very unhappy buyer via paypal,this morning,of £55 for delivery to an unconfirmed P.0 box address to Switzerland .When questioned she insisted she did tell me before she cannot get her address confirmed as she was abroad .I have checked all previous communication no mention of it anywhere.

I have emailed again requesting to get her address confirmed and get back to me,which was very rudely replied.What do I do with this one?

Never came accross such a problem in over 10,000 transactions never worried about unconfirmed address as most items are under £9.99.

If I do decide to ship using DHL or UPS for eight items as it is going to be heavy would they be able to obtain a signature/confirmation of delivery from a P.O box address.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You could alway refund her and tell her to walk away from the transatcion by mutal concent.

Or you couldrefund her and tell her to pay you via a bank transfer for example.

That way your pretty much covered.

Only problem is she has wrecked my auctions and wasted a lot of time when everything was clear.The first paypal payment was very reluctant ,I do not think she is going to agree to wire transfer under any circumstances .

It does not matter how trackable you send it an unconfirmed address does not have seller protection. I would refund the money and relist.

Most overseas buyers are unable to get a confirmed address, there is a link somewhere on another recent thread explaining that confirmation is only usually possible for North American and Uk addresses.

Therefore by selling overseas you need to factor in the risk you take before you decide whether to offer overseas shipping or not. Obviously no one can force you to sell, but you risk a neg and a non performing seller complaint if you don't.

All addresses for PayPal members outside the US, UK and Canada will continue to show a status of Unconfirmed.
