It's usually best to do a quick search of the comp boards on a key word to see if it's already on here (I searched redken for this one) - some competitions are one entry only and the strict ones can disqualify, so it's best to have a quick check.

This one is one entry, but they just don't count any additional ones (reading the T&Cs "Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted")
