1st July calls to VirginMedia BBI support are 25p

sorry if this has been discussed or posted elsewhere on this forum but it looks like virginmedia have more bad news for customrs!

What's going on?

    Another way for VM to fleece their customers, it's not bad enough they charge the dearest around for phone service, now they want customers to pay rip off charges to report a fault with their broadband!
    It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
    (OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)
  • they are going from bad to worse, even more customers will be leaving them
