Tenerife flights feb half term?

Hi all,
We have been offered the chance to stay in an apartment in South Tenerife during Feb half term next year. Looking at flights now for 2 adults and 2 children the best price at the moment is about 969 with easyjet. Does that sound reasonable? Just wondering if it could come down in price but thinking that maybe under 250 each to fly all that way is as cheap as it could ever reasonably be? Esp at half term? Also, I am a bit wary of checking the sites every day - does anyone think they change prices according to how often the price is checked?

That's about the going rate for flights in half term breaks IME

We never go school hols these days but I have flights for November that cost me £175 rtn, others for next January cost me £130rtn, we are also just back from a trip at the beginning of July and they were £200 rtn

You may get a better price waiting, but if we have a bad winter, the price could go up with demand.
