. To enter the prize draw, participants must submit their details online at https://www.marksandspencer.com/win300 before 28 August 2013. 7. Employees or relatives of employees of Marks and Spencer group of Companies
(or any other company and/or agency connected with this prize draw) are not permitted to enter.
8. Only one entry per individual. No bulk entries permitted.
Choosing the winner
9. M&S will select at random one winner from all the completed entries on or before 16th September 2013.
10. M&S will notify the winner by 20th September 2013 by email. The notification will include details of the prize. If the email address provided is not valid or the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the notification being sent, another random draw will take place from completed entries and another winner will be selected.

11. The prize consists of £300 to spend at M&S in the form of three £100 gift cards (our gift card terms and conditions apply).
