TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No purchase is necessary to take part in this competition but entry is subject to the following terms and conditions

1. The Competition is organized by Menzies Hotels Operating Limited, Bakum House, Etwall Road, Mickleover, Derby, DE3 0DL and is registered as a UK Limited Liability Company (Registration No. 5928922) (the ‘Promoter’)
2. The Competition is open to UK residents aged over 18 but is not open to employees or families of the Promoter or anyone else professionally associated with the Competition
3. Participants must enter the Competition by 00:00am, 26th August 2013 by submitting their details via the Facebook page associated with the Competition at www.facebook.com/menzieshotels. The time of entry will be the time of receipt. No entries will be accepted after the closing date
4. All Participants submitting a correct answer and their details via the correct entry mechanism have an equal chance of winning
5. The Prize is a one night stay including dinner, bed and breakfast for two adults and two children in a family room at the Menzies Birmingham Stourport hotel. A family ticket to the West Midlands Safari Park is included in the prize. No cash alternative is available.
6. Any additional spend at the hotel is the responsibility of the prize winner and not Menzies Hotels.
7. Menzies Hotels is not responsible for the opening times of the attractions. Tickets for the chosen attraction will be available at the hotel on arrival.
8. The Winner will be notified on 27th August via the email address provided on the Facebook form.
9. The Prize must be taken by 1st December 2013, and is subject to availability.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they breach these terms and conditions, cannot be contacted or fail to respond to notification that they have won within 48 hours of notification in which case the Promoter will select an alternative winner at random
11. All Prizes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, are non-transferable, non-refundable and offer no cash alternative
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Competition and/or the prize where circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control arise (including any acts or omissions from any third parties) which would prevent the Promoter from being able to deliver the Prize
13. The Promoter may, to the extent this is reasonably necessary, vary or amend the promotion and/or the number and type of prizes available (for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value) and the Participant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof
14. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this Competition and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.
15. The Winner agrees to have their name published on Menzies Hotels Facebook page to announce them as the Winner
16. The Winner’s details will be available on request by emailing marketing@menzies-hotels.co.uk
17. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

we posted at the same time. Bit confused as to why you've clicked expired & not requested a merge which is the normal way to do it
