Universal Jobmatch (Job feedbacks)

Hello,

Just need anyone's opinions and if anyone has the same problem.

I apply for jobs everyday on universal Jobmatch account and when I apply for a Job I request feedback but I still don't get any feedback at all. anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

Since it started last year I applied for 223 applications and some on my activity list and I have not had 1 single reply and my cv is perfect and this is what's annoying when I don't get feedback :mad:

Also I have noticed something else, 1 day a Job is posted but the same job posted the next day with the same Job ID. anyone else notices this?

Same for all job sites. No employers reply to applications anymore. You may get 1 reply in every 100+ applications if you're lucky.

Jobs are often relisted daily until the closing date, others are relisted every 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes under different IDs, a number of jobs listed don't actually exist and there are many jobs that are repeated across a number of different sites.

That's just how it is now. Even after having interviews some people are not getting any feedback or even told whether they've been successful or not.

why would they give feedback when they do not have to and like above its the same for all adverts on all sites.

To be honest I don't understand why the feedback request is even there. Look at it from the employers point of view they get hundreds of CVs even if a small percentage of these ask for feedback it will still be a huge job reading those ones (some of which were probably never read in the first place) and taking time to reply with feedback, and why should they? How does it help their company spending time to do this?

My OH place advertised for a pharmacy driver last week and had over 500 applications and had to be closed early, and only a certain number are even looked at. So maybe your cv hasn't even been looked at and disregarded as I am sure mine has on numerous occasions.
