About 5 years ago I was suspended from ebay for a silly reason, (selling a police item which wasnt allowed), basically every new account I open after about 1 month they close me down and say they have linked me to the account that I previously had. Can someone please help with this as I do not know anyway I can get round this or as to how they link me to that account, different email addresses are used etc.
Kind Regards
Steve

email address, postal address, paypal account, credit card details, all of the things they can use to link to your old suspended ebay account
EDIT: the above comment was in no way an invitation for a suspended ebay user to start a new account with new details for each criteria i mentioned!
as soolin suggests below, resolve all issues with ebay before opening any new account0 -
If you are suspended from ebay on one account you cannot re open any other account.
Ebay take this very seriously and will almost certainly catch up with you whatever you do to try and cheat the system.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've just been told that i am suspended from my account for opening an account for being suspended on another one. There was a message with it which said deal with the suspension on the original account - I just wrote a message to say I appealed that decision and was told that suspension was lifted on the same day! SO it was really easy. However, I am still left with being suspended for a year from both accounts; if you did this, you might get suspended for a year, but at least you know you'll be able to open an account without it being closed after that which I guess will be a real relief to you. Given that it is five years ago, if you just wrote a message, it will probably be lifted straight away. Good luck.Aiming to take control of my life:A

Send/fax in your details to appeal against the decision on the original account & the suspensions will be lifted but the other account will remain closed0
