hello
I have an offer in for a repossessed bungalow.it not what the estate agent is looking for,but its not to far away there asking price.the bank or who ever is in charge,is dragging there heels, waiting for someone to offer them an extra £2000!!!
but anyway.....
the previous owners took out the fireplace out of the sitting room and stove/oil burner out of the kitchen.
Would it be expensive to put the boiler outside,a stove in the kichen and maybe a back boiler in the open fire in the sitting room??
Other than that, there is 3 radiators missing and sink in the bathroom.
any ideas of best of what to do about the stove??
we want a back boiler in either way
any ideas of cost??
thanks

Boiler outside is not normally a big problem.
A back boiler with an open fire integrated into a CH system is fraught with difficulties. These can be overcome with something like a Dunsley Neutralizer but it is expensive and not worth it IMO.0
