informing HMRC we have ceased trading

I have looked on line and have also tried phoning, but just wait and wait.
We have ceased trading one of our partnerships, there are 4 of us, but we still all run other businesses so are still self employed. I'm looking for a form to tell the tax office that the business has ceased, anyone know which one please ?

isnt it the address that issues your tax forms? thats the one I have written to.

We just put the end date on the Partnership Tax Return (SA80) when we filled it in.

If the business ceases, for example, today - you would still be required to complete a partnership return for 2012/13 and 2013/14 tax year. The cessation date will be entered on the partnership return and on the individual tax returns (income from partnership section) on the 2013/14 returns. These will not even be issued until after April 2014.

Thanks guys, I was starting to think it was as simple as that, as I searched and searched for a form that was for that.
