Also The verve bittersweet symphony on strings is fab!
Had that to walk back up the aisle when married,it was really cool0 -
Ohhh, loving the idea of something played on string quartet - just found "Marry You" and it sounds great!!
OH suggested "Road to Hell". He really doesn't listen to any music, so we don't have a common song!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Not quite walking up the aisle music - I went to a wedding a few years ago, and in the minute or so before the bride entered the Church the organist played Europe's "Final Countdown".
It took a while for the guests to realise what the song was, but it caused a few chuckles!Common sense just isn't that common any more....0 -
A friend of mine had Bon Iver - Restacks. Love it but I can't copy haha!!Married 30/08/14 :heartpuls0

I walked down the aisle to "Rose of my heart" by Johnny Cash.
DH did suggest the Imperial March from Star Wars or Fat Bottomed Girls :rotfl:Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
I choose my music to walk down the aisle to 2 days before the wedding (think I nearly gave the vicar a heart attack!).
I had this:

The Way You Look Tonight- Frank Sinatra
Used it for three reasons- a nod to my much loved late gran who loved Sinatra, one of the few love songs I liked that didn't talk about breaking up/sex etc and I loved the punness of the first line...'some day, when I'm awfully Lowe...'
Whatever you choose will be the right song and afterwards will always be very special to you.. I fill up every time I think of it and it takes me straight back to that magical moment I first saw my groom stood waiting for me so we could start the rest of our lives together xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6
Completed on house September 2013
