I have just received a CCJ for an unpaid debt
"Judgement for Claimant
(in default)

...
To the defendant
You have not replied to the claim form"

It then asks i pay the debt back in installments but the amount is beyong what i am capable of paying per month.

I believe that a judgement should of been granted but i do not believe it should of been in default as i HAVE responded (to the claimant)?

As instructed by the initial claim form, i replied directly to the claimant within 14 days with an admission and asking to payback the amount over time.

Has the claimant (debt collector, ignored my form and not sent it on to the courts?)

I also notice that costs have risen by 20£ since the inital claim form!

Do i ask for a set aside? as the regulations seem to suggest that i do.
