HELP with 12 month contract

Hi all,

I am currently in a 12 month contract with Tiscali for broadband and phone. Had good service but moving house and living with family for a while, so do not need phone or internet for at least 4 months.

Trouble is the contract runs out in December and Tiscali want payment up till then, whether I keep the account active or not.

Naturally I admit they may have me by the balls here, but does anyone have any experience with this and is there a way to get out of this contract without having to pay till December.
