Travel must be completed by 31 December 2007. Approximate Retail Value of each prize package varies. Value may vary depending upon the actual cost of hotel accommodation and other variables. Travel subject to all applicable travel restrictions as outlined in prize winner notification letter, availability of lodging at time of booking, blackout dates, fare restrictions, availability of services offered and other criteria. Zoom Airlines and each of the hotels involved in the promotion have individual terms and conditions for redeeming the prize. These will be outlined in the prize winner notification letter and voucher. A twenty one (21) day advance notice is required. All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, meals, passport and visa fees, security fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline or otherwise are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes surcharges and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

PRIZE DETAILS: Six (6) trips for two (2) people, seven days / six nights departing on a Sunday and returning on a Saturday sharing the same room at a either Cambridge Beaches, Grotto Bay Beach Resort, or 9 Beaches Resort in Bermuda including round-trip Economy Class airfare from Zoom Airlines, including all taxes and charges, from Gatwick Airport (approximate retail value (ARV) £2,000 per trip). Breakfast daily will be provided by the hotels and all taxes, gratuities and service charges related to the accommodation portion of the prize will be covered by the hotels. For all prizes return airport transfers in Bermuda are included, courtesy of the Bermuda Department of Tourism. Actual value will vary based on actual itinerary. Any applicable fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges are the responsibility of the winner. All insurance, taxes, if any, and gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Limit one prize per household/family. By accepting prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.
