Breakdown insurance for USA

Has anyone managed to find an annual breakdown for the USA?
When the family lived in Florida we didn't bother. However, they have moved north and, apart from the inter-state highways, the roads are poor.
It's also a good hour to the airport now, so cover would be reassuring.
