Better late than never - I have just found a copy of this leaflet and it says it is for brand new customers.

I had a sky + box installed today. Cost £49.99 one off fee, I am an existing customer and I rang to say i was cancelling my basic package. they offered me a "deal" There is no monthly fee for sky+ now from 1st July. I do know of people who have had it free and it is a reconditioned box, mine was brand new and has a years warranty.

I had a sky plus box and dish fitted today using above code.....I am a new customer and have commited to 12 months on a 15 quid two mix package. The 40 quid charge mentioned above is if you get broadband through sky as well!
I would recommend this offer and you can additionally get a 10 pound credit for signing up online or on the phone!!!

We previously had sky + in old house and got a company to transfer the box and dish, then sky+ broke so been a total nightmare, we reduced to lowest package availble and its crap!
i was having a moan saying how id have to pay £99 to get another then my husband seen this,
i acted as a new customer as we have new address and phone number and it worked a treat.
they did need verification of where i got info from, and if you say a current sky customer thats fine, u just confirm their postcode & or phone number.
£20 instalation and free sky + box whooo!!!
Installation with no net --- £0
free net --- £40
£5 net --- £20
