The prize includes a two night stay at the award-winning The Angel Hotel (including three course dinner with wine on the Friday evening) plus assorted weekend tickets to the Festival and a Black Mountains Smokery gift hamper.

Terms and Conditions

Great Britain
1) Promotion open to residents of Great Britain, aged or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2) To enter, simply go to waitrose.com/mywaitrose and fill in your details together with your myWaitrose card number, before clicking submit.
3) Entries must be received online by 23.59 on 31 July 2013.
4) Only one entry per myWaitrose cardholder.
5) There is one prize of a pair of tickets to the Abergavenny Food Festival on 21 - 22 September 2013. The prize also includes a two night stay in a standard double room at The Angel Hotel , Abergavenny on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 September 2013 plus a three-course a la carte dinner with coffee and a bottle of wine on Friday 20th September 2013. The prize winner will also receive a hamper from Black Mountains Smokery valued at £60.
6) The winner and their guest will be responsible for the arrangements and cost of transport to and from The Abergavenny Food Festival.
7)The winner will be the first myWaitrose cardholder entrant drawn at random from all validly submitted entries. The winner will be selected within 3 day of the closing date and notified by telephone or by email within a further 5 days.
8) In the event that any winner refuses acceptance of the prize or, for whatever reason, cannot accept the prize, or if the Promoter is unable to make contact with any winner within 8 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
9) Tickets to the event will be posted to the winner by 15 September 2013.
10) The selection of the winning entry will be supervised by an independent person. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11) The winner’s details (name and county) will be available for six weeks by sending a SAE to myWaitrose, Marketing, Waitrose Limited, Doncastle Road, Southern Industrial Area, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8YA to be received after 15 September 2013.
12) Proof of submitting your entry is not proof of receipt of an entry by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that fail to be submitted for any technical reason whatsoever. Entries submitted by any other means (including by post) will be rejected.
13) The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason.
14) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
15) The winner may be required to participate in related publicity.
16) The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third parties to fulfil their obligations associated with this promotion. The winner and their guest will be bound by any terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize.
17) By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
