11. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Travel will be by standard class train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
12. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner's choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed & breakfast basis.
13. Breakfast at The Woleseley is based on two adults enjoying a 1 course meal from the breakfast menu including hot and cold drinks.
14. Dinner at STK London is based on two adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the a la carte menu including drinks.
15. Any other food, drinks, refreshments or expenses not specifically mentioned are not included and will need to be at the winners expense.
16. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
17. The prize redeeming date is subject to Gok Wan's availability. A list of possible dates will be sent to the winner to choose from.
18. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prizes. Prizes are non—transferable.
19. Except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from its negligence, the Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of the prize.
