Well, I went to the High Court yesterday and declared myself bankrupt!

What a day... but nowhere near as bad as I thought. Everyone involved was courteous and kind.
I don't want to say too much here, as I have a mad paranoid fear that someone (i.e. the OR!) might see and it go against me at some stage - but if ANYONE has any questions about the High Court, the process etc then do feel free to post here or message me.
It can be done and it is not the end of the world. If you are considering it, if you are truly out of options and have taken advice and are being advised it is your best way forward, please do it. It's scary and who knows what the next few months will throw up in my case, but the day in court is not too bad.

Slept like the dead bluezone!
Do feel a lot better. Know it is not over but in a sense the process has begun and I can no longer control it.
